This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Bangla Hoster may issue refunds for its services. By purchasing or using any product or service from Bangla Hoster, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting services. Clients may request a refund within three (3) calendar days from the date of service activation.

Refund requests submitted after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

This refund policy applies only to first-time purchases of hosting services. Service renewals are strictly non-refundable.

2. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The service must remain active and must not be suspended due to any violation of our Terms of Service.
• A valid and reasonable explanation must be provided with the refund request.
• The request must be submitted through the official client area.
• The account must not be involved in any abusive, fraudulent, or suspicious activity.

Bangla Hoster reserves the right to review and verify all refund requests before approval.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following products and services are strictly non-refundable:

• Domain registration, renewal, or transfer
• VPS servers
• RDP services
• Dedicated servers
• SSL certificates
• Software licenses
• Setup or configuration fees
• Custom development or one-time services
• Promotional or discounted packages
• Service renewals

4. Add Funds Policy

Any balance added using the "Add Funds" feature is completely non-refundable.

These funds will remain as account credit and may only be used for purchasing or renewing services within Bangla Hoster.

5. Abuse, Illegal Activities & Policy Violations

If any service is suspended or terminated due to involvement in activities such as phishing, malware hosting, spamming, fraud, copyright infringement, resource abuse, or any illegal activity, the client will immediately lose eligibility for any refund.

Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service will be permanently disqualified from refund eligibility.

6. Domain Refund Policy

All domain-related services are strictly non-refundable once a domain has been registered, transferred, or renewed.

Domain registrations are processed instantly and cannot be reversed.

7. Refund Method

All approved refunds will be issued only through Bank Transfer.

Bangla Hoster does not provide refunds via:

• Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.)
• Cryptocurrency
• Cash payments
• Any other payment method

8. Processing Time

Refund processing may take approximately 7 to 15 working days, depending on bank processing times and verification procedures.

9. Service Cancellation & Refund Request

Refund requests must be submitted before cancelling the service.

Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee a refund.

10. Minimum Refund Amount

The minimum refundable amount is BDT 105. Any refund request below this amount will not be processed.

For USD-based calculations, Bangla Hoster uses a standard exchange rate of 1 USD = BDT 122.

Based on this rate, the minimum refundable amount is approximately $0.86 USD.

11. Partial Refund

If a service includes bundled items such as a free domain, free license, or any complimentary product, the standard market value of those items may be deducted from the refundable amount.

12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team will result in:

• Immediate suspension of all services
• Permanent termination of the client account
• Loss of all refund eligibility

13. Refund Abuse Protection

Bangla Hoster reserves the right to refuse refunds if a client is found abusing the refund policy, including repeated purchase and cancellation of services.

14. Final Decision Authority

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Bangla Hoster management. The company reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on internal review.

15. Policy Modification

Bangla Hoster reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
