Review the terms that govern the use of Bangla Hoster services, including account responsibility, service policies, and operational guidelines.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of all services provided by Bangla Hoster. By purchasing, accessing, or using any service from Bangla Hoster, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms outlined below. These terms apply to all services including but not limited to Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS, Dedicated Servers, Domain Registration, and any related products or services.
"Company", "We", "Our", and "Us" refer to Bangla Hoster. "Client", "User", and "You" refer to any individual or organization using our services.
By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to abide by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
All services must be used in a lawful manner. Any activity that causes harm to our servers, network, reputation, or other clients is strictly prohibited. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to phishing, malware hosting, spamming, fraud, copyright infringement, port scanning, brute-force attacks, betting or gambling websites, betting-related applications or platforms, or any abusive or illegal usage.
The client is fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Bangla Hoster will not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from weak or compromised passwords.
All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Clients must ensure that their services are renewed before the due date to avoid interruption or suspension.
Bangla Hoster is not responsible for any data loss, service downtime, or business interruption resulting from failure to renew services on time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any service at any time without prior notice if:
Bangla Hoster maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against illegal content and abuse. Any account involved in phishing, malware distribution, spam operations, fraud, hosting unlawful content, or operating betting / gambling-related services will be suspended immediately without prior notice and may be permanently terminated.
When an abuse complaint is received and forwarded to a client, the client must respond with a resolution or explanation within 24 hours. Failure to respond within this period may result in immediate suspension or termination of the associated service without further notice.
Clients are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups at all times.
After the service expiry date, the account may be suspended. Clients will have a maximum of seven (7) days from the date of expiration to renew the service in order to regain access and retrieve their data.
If the service is not renewed within this 7-day period, all data may be permanently deleted without further notice. Bangla Hoster shall not be obligated to provide any backup, restoration, or data recovery for expired, suspended, or terminated services.
Accounts terminated due to abuse or illegal activities will not be eligible for backup access or data restoration.
Each hosting plan is allocated specific system resources. Excessive CPU usage, RAM usage, disk I/O, inode consumption, or any process that negatively impacts overall server performance is not allowed. Bangla Hoster reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate such accounts to maintain server stability.
VPS clients are additionally prohibited from running activities that place excessive load on shared infrastructure or affect other users. This includes, but is not limited to, sending mass unsolicited emails, operating open proxy or relay services, cryptocurrency mining, large-scale automated web crawling, network or port scanning of third-party systems, and generating excessive outbound connections. Any VPS activity that degrades network performance, triggers upstream abuse complaints, or jeopardizes the stability of our infrastructure will result in immediate suspension of the service.
Domain registration and renewal are the responsibility of the client. Bangla Hoster will not be liable for domain expiration due to failure to renew on time. Domain services are subject to the rules and regulations of the respective domain registries and registrars.
We strive to provide maximum uptime and continuous service. However, Bangla Hoster does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Services may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, hardware failure, network issues, security updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
The client is solely responsible for all content stored or transmitted through their hosting account. Bangla Hoster does not monitor client content but reserves the right to remove or disable any content that violates these terms or applicable laws.
To maintain the security and stability of our infrastructure, Bangla Hoster may monitor infrastructure-level indicators including network traffic patterns, bandwidth usage, IP reputation, open network services, abuse reports received from third parties, resource consumption anomalies, and security events such as detected intrusion attempts or malware signatures.
Bangla Hoster does not routinely access customer files, databases, emails, or application content. However, where there is a credible suspicion of phishing, malware distribution, spam operations, fraud, DDoS activity, abuse complaints from external parties, legal complaints, or active security incidents, Bangla Hoster may investigate the associated service. Such investigations may involve reviewing relevant infrastructure logs and, where necessary, temporarily restricting the service to protect the network and other clients.
Bangla Hoster shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, loss of revenue, loss of business, or service interruption arising from the use or inability to use our services.
The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Bangla Hoster harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from the client's use of our services or violation of this Agreement.
Bangla Hoster reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
Bangla Hoster reserves the right to request identity verification from clients at any time for the purposes of fraud prevention, abuse investigation, compliance, or risk management. Verification may include submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, payment verification, or relevant business documents where applicable. Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or termination of the associated service. Submitted documents are handled with discretion and used solely for the stated verification purpose.
Bangla Hoster maintains a strict policy regarding respectful and professional communication. Any form of abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff through support tickets, live chat, email, or any communication channel is strictly prohibited.
If a client is found engaging in such behavior, Bangla Hoster reserves the full right to immediately suspend the associated hosting and domain services without prior notice.
Service reactivation will only be considered if the client submits a formal apology through an official support ticket. Failure to do so will result in permanent suspension of the services.
Additionally, in such cases, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as this constitutes a violation of our acceptable use and conduct policy.
